1-Watt DC-DCs Operate up to 105 Degrees C

Aimtec‘s new AM1DE-Z series of 1W dc-dc converters features extended temperature operation of 105 degrees C. The product also features Input to Output isolation of up to 3000 Vdc, and Continuous Short Circuit Protection. Supported input voltages of 5-, 12-, and 24-Vdc convert to single output voltages of 5-, 12-, or 15-Vdc, or dual ±5-, ±12-, or ±15-Vdc.

Operating within an ambient temperature range of -40 to 95 degrees C at 100% loading, and up to +105 degrees C at 90% loading, the AM1DE-Z series is designed for harsh operating conditions and can be integrated into a multitude of applications, such as digital circuits, low frequency analog, or relay drive circuits.

Available in a compact single inline SIP7 package (19.50 x 6.00 x 9.90 mm), the AM1DE-Z is offered with an input to output isolation of 1500Vdc or 3000Vdc for easy integration in industrial, telecommunication and computer applications including: car batteries, plasma cutters, temperature control, power supplies, sensor controls, train system controls, laser systems, medical devices, measurement equipment, lighting systems, industrial and automated systems and many others.
