Regenerative: Discharge energy could be used directly by charging channels or can be returned back to the power grid.
High power efficiency: Whole system power efficiency up to 75%
High accuracy: Voltage accuracy up to 0.02%, current accuracy up to 0.05%
Modular design: Easy to assemble and maintain.
Quick response time: Current response time < = 5ms, current switch time < = 10ms, this makes CE6000 is great for pulse and driving simulation tests.
Sampling frequency: Up to 100Hz(10ms per data).
Channels parallel: Channels(max. 4) can work in parallel mode for higher current.

CE6000 Pack test system
Neware CE-6000 test system is a high-precision charge-discharge machine developed for high-power battery module&pack testing. It has the characteristics of high dynamic response speed, high stability accuracy, flexible configuration of multiple channels, and it supports pulse test, cycle life test, and driving simulation tests, etc. The Neawre CE-6000 system is regenerative, which means the discharged energy can be used by other charging channels or can be returned back to the power grid if there’s still extra discharged energy.
A bidirectional high-frequency DC conversion topology is used, combined with a high-performance multi-channel 24-bit AD conversion chip. The sampling rate and resolution of the CE-6000 system are higher than that of the traditional machines.

System Design
CANBUS communication and DBC file configuration
CE-6000 testers can communicate with different types of battery packs via CANBUS communication, which can use DBC file on the Neware BTS 8.0.0 software. The battery charge, discharge and BMS status data can be integrated with the BTS software interface, easy for you to control the tests and monitor the battery status.
